Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of it being placed.
The refund is processed within 3-4 working days, through the same mode of payment.

Damages and Issues

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us on https://nj3atelier.com/

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
